Delivery Address and Contact Details:
Only a physical address is acceptable when placing an order with Cycle Central as we use a freight company to deliver all our orders. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers.
Australian Deliveries: Timing for delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas are as follows:
- Perth WA 2 - 7 days
- Brisbane QLD 1 - 2 days
- Melbourne Victoria 1 - 2 days
- Hobart Tasmania 2 - 7 days
- Canberra ACT 1 - 2 days
- Adelaide SA 1 - 2 days
- Darwin NT 4 - 12 days
- Sydney 1 day
Delivery Charges:
Cycle Central offers a flat rate of $7 per order for shipping within Australia via Fastway Couriers.
Proof of Delivery:
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time, please email: sales@cyclecentral.com.au and we will send you a fax or emailed copy.
RETURNS POLICY:
Cycle Central offers a 7 day return policy on items based on manufacturer return policies. Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. Please include the following information when emailing Cycle Central on returns@cyclecentral.com.au customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
Products Returned Within 7 Days Requirements:
All products returned MUST be "as new" condition, 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. Cycle Central reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as new" condition. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Cycle Central will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). Cycle Central will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items. Cycle Central will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer. If the customer requests that the new product be shipped prior to Cycle Central receiving the product to be exchanged, Cycle Central will invoice and charge the customer’s credit card for the new product. Upon receipt of the original product, Cycle Central will credit your account and credit card.
Defective Goods Policy:
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Cycle Central within 30 days from the invoice date, at Cycle Central's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 7 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.
Non-Defective Goods Policy:
Whilst Cycle Central is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind we will accept returns within 7 days from the invoice date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items. |
